It was a great powder day at Alpine Meadows Ca. I came up with Tracy. We met up with Trevor who had was demo’ing some nice Teli skis. We rode to the top into the abyss happily. The lower levels of the mountain were muted and low contrast. At the top a lot of riding was by feel and completely whited out by a wind blown fog.
What an excellent Xmas day. I received the following perfect gifts! Rode my bike across a beautiful bridge on a crisp winters day, spent time with a loved one, had cocktails and dinner with three great people, and chatted with someone I care deeply about. Oh, and yes, I overlooked that I sneezed about 52 times during the subsequent 6hrs after my ride. I think it was from the pollen that went in my nose riding through the Marin headlands!
